So Ashley Gold recently did a People Magazine story on how she has lost 35 pounds. As we have seen over the years, Ash has packed on the blubber. Hence the triple chin seen in the picture. Something weird going on with her hair as well. A little thin if you check out certain camera angles on the show. Anyway...
Claiming to clock in at 5'3 and 180 pounds, she is said to be fed up with being fat. When you are rich, eating lobster drenched in butter and knocking of a bottle of Dana Estates Cabernet Sauvignon, it happens. In reality, she is more in the ballpark of 5'1 and 200 pounds. The woman has an ego as fat as she is..... or was....still is.
Since she only "works" at the pawn shop during television production, she has found the time to hit the gym. One of her reasons to lose the weight was because she looks fat on camera. That is an indication she is only concerned about her image while on the show.
Plus, she is obsessed with her tanning bed. I guess she picked up that trait from Les. Have you ever seen two people in Detroit that has a better tan than they do? I'm guessing she picked up the ego trait from him as well. I digress.
Seeing the story in People made me ponder the thought that since she has lost weight she would become a kinder person. I mean, we are talking about someone who posted her $10 cup of Starbucks every morning to show her followers how she can afford to spend fifty dollars a week on coffee.
So she gets comped at the gym because she is "famous." Hires a personal trainer and gets free products from Quest Nutrition because she takes a picture of their snack bar and post it on Twitter. Who couldn't lose weight if they had these perks?
Just goes to show.... you can lose weight but you can't gain class.
